June 2, 2006 Grafton Square Plaza 2 King St. W. Dundas, ON 7:00 pm - 10:30 pm FREE This is our first appearance at The Dundas International Buskerfest. We are looking forward to this exciting event! There will be many other activities taking place in the downtown Dundas Area and we will be 'front-and-centre' on the main stage for Friday night. We hope to see many of our supporters at this free event. Canada Day Celebration Sat. July 1, 2006 Spencer Smith Park Burlington, ON 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm FREE This will be our 7th consecutive appearance at this special celebration organized by The Burlington Canada Day Committee. An afternoon of activities at the park is highlighted by musical performances on the Canada Day Stage throughout the afternoon and evening. Sophisticated Swing will do a one-hour performance at approximately 1:00 p.m. Check local newspapers for times closer to the event or contact us by phone or e-mail. We hope to see you on Canada Day to continue the tradition. Come and bring your friends….and a lawn chair! Concert in the Park Sun. July 30, 2006 Central Park Music Centre New Street Burlington, ON 7:30 pm - 9:00 pm FREE We are delighted to be back to perform at this concert series. We hope to see all of our Sophisticated Swing fans and followers out at this great event. We will be playing a different program from the Canada Day program. We have so many great tunes that we want to play them all!! Be sure to bring a lawn chair. Joseph Brant Day Mon. Aug. 7, 2006 LaSalle Park Burlington, ON Time TBA FREE We have been invited back for our 5th consecutive appearance at this special celebration operated by The Museums Of Burlington (Joseph Brant Museum & Ireland House). We are scheduled for an afternoon performance but the time has not been established yet. Check local newspapers for the time closer to the event - or contact us. New Years Eve 2006 Dinner-Dance Sun. Dec. 31, 2006 Scottish Rite Club 4 Queen Street S. Hamilton, ON 9:00 pm -1:00 am $ TBA Ring in the New Year with us at the Scottish Rite! We have played at the Scottish Rite the past 5 New Year’s Eves and we had a fabulous time with a packed audience on every occasion. This has become a New Year’s tradition for friends and followers of the band. Call The Scottish Rite Club Ticket Hotline at 905-522-5158 in the early fall for tickets and information. Gen. Manager Ken Adamson will be pleased to look after your order and reserve your tables. You will love the Scottish Rite Club as a dance facility.
